Apprenticeships at Porsche Holding
Our apprentices can kickstart their career at the Porsche Holding headquarters in Salzburg or at one of the Porsche Inter Auto dealerships. With more than 600 apprentices, Porsche offers the biggest apprenticeship programme in the automobile industry in Austria. Our apprenticeship programmes consist of several components. In addition to the vocational training in the company and theoretical classes at the academy, we also offer advanced training in our own training centres and personality training courses.

The international trainee programme at Porsche Holding
You are a recent graduate and ready to kickstart your career in an international company?
The International Trainee Programme offered by Porsche Holding offers committed graduates the best possible preparation for a technical or management position in sales, finance, HR or IT & Digitalization. Our trainees complete an 18 months programme in the wholesale, retail, financial services, human resources and IT & Digitalization departments in Austria or at one of our international subsidiaries. They assume responsibility right from the start and are actively involved in real projects. This allows them to quickly familiarise themselves with our company and corporate structures and to become part of the strong international network of Porsche Holding.
Quick facts about the International Trainee Programme:
- Prerequisite: Bachelor's or Master's Degree (in the areas of Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, IT or Business Law)
- Duration: 18 months (3 placements of 6 months each)
- Work location: Salzburg or Vienna, with international deployment possible
- Key focus areas: Sales, Finance, HR or IT & Digitalization
- Technical and personal development seminars
- Online applications open in March
- An annual gross salary of € 43.400 for Bachelor graduates and € 44.800 for Master graduates
- Programme starts in September (start during the year possible for some areas)
