As a fully-owned subsidiary of Volkswagen AG, our business focuses on the VW Group brands Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen Nutzfahrzeuge and Porsche as well as Bentley, Lamborghini, Bugatti and Ducati.

Financial services

Porsche Bank AG is an international financial services companies that offers a comprehensive range of services for vehicle owners and operators. The portfolio ranges from vehicle leasing to car loans, motor insurance and maintenance services for cars from the Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and Porsche brands. Porsche Bank is a modern company that continues to expand its business. It has been the uncontested market leader in Austria for vehicle leasing and motor insurance for more than 50 years.

The Volkswagen insurance services company Volkswagen Versicherungsdienst (VVD) GmbH and ARAC GmbH are also part of the financial services organisation. VVD offers a comprehensive range of motor insurance services. ARAC is responsible for the rental car brand Europcar and numerous towing companies.

Porsche Holding is also actively involved in game-changing contemporary developments like artificial intelligence, big data, virtual reality and voice interface.

Wholesale

The companies Porsche Austria GmbH & Co OG and Porsche Konstruktionen GmbH & Co KG form the wholesale business unit at Porsche Holding.

Porsche Austria GmbH & Co OG is responsible for the wholesale business. It is the importer for Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen commercial vehicles and Porsche in Austria and other countries. It also resells vehicles to retail traders and markets original spare parts and accessories via Porsche Konstruktionen KG.

Porsche Austria is also responsible for the marketing and sales planning in its markets. Sounds like an old-school business model where every day is the same? Quite the opposite. Porsche Austria is also intensely involved in the development of new business models in the area of electric mobility and digitalisation.

Porsche Konstruktionen GmbH & Co KG combines a number of Porsche Holding business units under one roof. In addition to international wholesale, marketing support, controlling and accounting as well as wholesale IT, Porsche Konstruktionen is also home of the spare parts centre in Wals-Siezenheim and the central purchasing department.

Retail

The retail business unit at Porsche Holdings is comprised of Porsche Inter Auto GmbH & Co KG and other international retail groups.

Porsche Inter Auto GmbH & Co KG is the retail group of Porsche Holding with dealerships in Austria, Hungary, Romania, the Czech Republic, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Poland and Slovakia. With more than 50 dealerships, Porsche Inter Auto GmbH & Co KG is by far the largest automobile retail group in Austria. Porsche Inter Auto branches are predominantly tasked with the sale of cars, vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Porsche Holding also includes the retail groups in Germany (VGRD), France (VGRF), Spain (VGRS) and Sweden (Din Bil Sverige AB), which represent the Volkswagen brands. The company also continues to invest in the development of its retail dealerships in the growing Chinese markets.
